    Bonjour a tous Aller je me lance pour vous présenter mon installation domotique qui a bien évoluer au fil des années Avant toute chose, merci a tous les membres de ce forum qui sont vraiment d'une aide précieuse et sans qui je n'aurais pas eu l'installation actuel Je suis dans le 06 prés de grasse au tignet Nous avons acheter une maison des années 70 dans son jus a rénover en 2018 Je suis électricien de métier, et j'ai une société de multi maintenance dans les data center, se qui facilite les opération de rénovation La maison fait 70M2 sur deux niveaux sur environ 1000M2 avec au 1er deux chambres un salon cuisine, une salle de bain WC, et au RDC un garage, un bureau pour ma société, une grande zone de stockage pour le matériel J'ai mis en place un pack air/air mitsubishi (quadrisplit), un chauffe eau thermodynamique, des panneaux solaire en autoconsommation, un power reducer pour injecter l’excédant solaire dans le chauffe eau ou un radiateur électrique ou dans le SPA en fonction de la saison, une VMC double flux Bien évidement les fenêtres ont été remplacer par du double vitrage, l'isolation des combles et du sous sol on été refait. pour la partie domotique donc j'ai commencer avec une HC2 dans notre ancien appartement, et je suis passé a la HC3 dans la maison les points suivants ont été domotisé: -La climatisation est gérée avec des ZXT120 pour la gestion de la T°, et pour essayer un module mitsubishi MELCLOUD, associer avec des capteur d'ouverture des portes et de fenêtres qui sont aussi pris en compte grâce a GEA (arrêt de la climatisation si une fenêtre ou une porte est ouvert dans la pièce ou se trouve le split, mise en chaud ou froid selon des scénarios sous GEA en fonction de la T° intérieur et extérieur) -Les volets traditionnel (a battant) avec une motorisation FAAC et des roller shutter 3 (Se sont les volets des chambres) qui sont gérés en fonction de la météo et de nos habitudes de vie -Tous l'éclairage intérieur est sur dimmer, ainsi que l'éclairage extérieur -La VMC est gérer en fonction du taux de CO2 dans les chambres et la salle de bain et tient compte aussi de la T° intérieur et extérieur pour le bypass -Le poêle a granulé est aussi pris en compte -Le SPA est gérer pour la filtration et pour la chauffe de l'eau avec en priorité pouvoir chauffer l'eau chaude sanitaire avec l’excédant de la production solaire, si l'eau chaude sanitaire a atteint sa T° de consigne en hiver a la place du spa, le sur plus va dans un convecteur pour chauffer le sous sol -Les portes sont sous DANALOCK, entrée principal et bureau du sous sol -Le portail est sous doorbird (il été sous intercom) il me reste a voir comment avoir une notification sous google home quant on sonne a la porte (cela reste a faire) -Le tous est graphé grâce a DOMOCHARTS sur un NAS QNAP 682 et un ecoDEVICE pour la consommation du LINKY et la production des panneaux -Tous le home cinéma est aussi pris en charge (ampli yamaha RXA 2080 et TV OLED SONY AF8) -Le chauffe eau est lui aussi sous gestion domotique, la gestion de la chauffe de l'eau est en priorité par les panneaux solaire, et avec la partie thermodynamique si il n'y a pas suffisamment de soleil -Deux compteurs d'eau font la relève de consommation en eau chaude et froide -Evidement le tous est gérable via Google home en commande vocale si besoin La partie réseau est elle gérer par un système UNFI (merci aux personnes de ce forum pour cette recommandation matériel) Voila pour les grandes lignes Plan 3D de la maison avants travaux (projet) Tableau électrique Maison cuisine salon avant travaux Maison après travaux Poêle 4Kw Climatisation Chauffe eau thermodynamique Petit aperçu de mon HC3 Interface unifi Maison extérieur Exemple de températures de la maison sous Domocharts avec en haut et au milieu la T° qui baisse du chauffe eau suite a 3 jour de pluie mais qui est maintenu a un minimum de 40°C avec le thermodynamique

    Bonjour a tous Voici mon petit bilan pour 2023 Il est a la hauteur de mes espérances Une autosuffisance de 74% une consommation annuel de 7,04Mwh Dont 1,85Mwh du réseau 2,06Mwh de mes batteries 3,13Mwh de la production directe des panneaux Se qui a permis d’économiser 1104€ pour 2023 C'est cout sont or abonnement, je suis en tarif de base, aucun intérêt pour moi d'avoir des heures creuses et pleines vu que j'ai une batterie et que je consomme 95% de se que je produit Le ohmpilot a été mis en cour d'année en aout 2023 du coup il n'y a pas un gros gain cette année, et en plus l'essentiel du surplus part dans la batterie Avec le recule je pense qu'il serait plus avantageux pour ma part d'ajouter un module batterie de 2,76Kw supplémentaire pour avoir 13824Wh de stockage pour éviter la réinjection En plus cela permet de moins taper dans les cycles de charge décharge de la batterie, et donc de prolonger sa durée de vie Chose que je viens de faire en début d'année Le ohmpilot me sert essentiellement a chauffer mon sous sol en inter saison (mars avril, octobre novembre) et a chauffer l'eau de mon spa en mai juin juillet aout septembre) a 32°C En conclusion a ce jour je pense avoir atteint les objectifs

    Bonjour a tous Je viens d'acheter pour essayer une camera unifi G5 Via homebridge et le plugin "Homebridge UniFi Protect" je voie bien la camera dans l'app maison je viens de faire un essai en rstp sous VLC cela fonction mais il faut modifier le code Passer de: rtsps://192.168.1.1:7441/xxxxxx?enableSrtp (qui ne fonctionne pas et qui est donné par défaut dans l'interface unifi)) rtsp://192.168.1.1:7447/xxxxxxx?enablertsp (qui fonctionne) A présent je cherche a l’intégrer a mon HC3 mais je tombe sur un OS j'ai essayer avec "/snap.jpeg?cb=xxxxx" (cela ne fonctionne pas) J'ai essayer avec "/snap.jpeg?cb=s0" (cela ne fonctionne pas) J'ai essayer avec "/snap.jpeg (cela ne fonctionne pas) et pour temps avec http://192.168.1.xxx/snap.jpeg (cela fonctionne sur une page web) Idem sous mon qnap je n'arrive pas a l'ajouter

    Je viens de les intégrer aussi a home assistant La aussi il y a une petite subtilité, il faut créer un user local sur l'udm pro pour que les cameras fonction sous HA

Bonjour a tous Je viens d'acheter une maison Il y a une fosse septique qui n'est plus utiliser et que je veux recycler en récupérateur d'eau de pluie pour le jardin Je voudrais trouver une solution pour savoir le % d'eau qu'il reste dans la fosse pour éventuellement gérer le trop pleins pour dévier le remplissage, mais surtout savoir combien d'eau il me reste . Quel solution utiliser? Je pensais peut être au modules RVBW qui semble avoir une entrée 0 - 10V, mais quel capteur y mettre, sachant que la profondeur de la fosse fait environ 1,5 mètre Je suis a l’écoute de toutes vos propositions Merci

    Tous semble OK avec la nouvelle applis pour ma part Mais c'est un bordel sans nom avec certaines icônes des tuiles, elles sont bien présente dans la sélection des icônes, mais ne s'affichent pas Et il semble qu'il en ont ajouter pas mal de nouvelles

    je confirme certains QA disparaissent de la version mobile (ancienne et nouvelle version) pour ma par, alors qu'ils sont présent sur la version WEB Donc retour en arriere
  15. pour le moment j'ai mis les ESP32 sur le connecteur CN110 sur les deux splits qui ne me pose pas de problème comme notre chambre et le salon, car personne ne touche jamais aux consignes, elles fonctionnent avec GEA en tous automatique Seul la chambre d'amis et le bureau restent pour le moment en melcloud pour que je puisse avoir un retour d’état, car la les personnes y touchent régulièrement, et mes scenarios de remise a T° ne fonctionneront plus sans connaitre les modifications de T° effectué par les personnes il faudra que je fasse un essais sur le CN105 pour voir si cela fonctionne normalement ou pas (je n'ai pas tester) Si le probleme vient vient bien du CN110 dans ce cas il faudrait effectivement faire une interrogation toutes les 60 secondes par exemple ( car je viens de faire un essai sur plus de 5 minutes et rien ne remonte sur l'ESP32) Donc si il y la possibilité de faire les modifications je suis preneur pour que le QA fasse une interrogation a intervalle régulier Et je confirme que le melcloud fait des interrogations a intervalle régulier

  19. oui si les modifications de consigne se font depuis le QA, mais non si les modification se font depuis la télécommande ou l'afficheur mural Se qui me dérange un peut, car si une personne modifie la consigne par exemple depuis mon afficheur mural rien ne remonte dans le QA Cela serait super si le QA interrogeait la clim régulièrement pour connaitre son status
  20. c'est ce que j'ai fait aussi j'ai récupéré le connecteur du melcloud en attendent de trouver le bon connecteur question il n'y a pas de retour d’état sur le QA si le split est mis en route par la commande mural ou la télécommande comme avec le melcloud qui lui fait un retour d'etat (clim mis en marche ou changement de T°)?

  22. Bon je viens de finir de brancher une ESP32 a un de mes split... J'ai fais plusieurs essais car le connecteur CN105 est déjà utilisé avec mon afficheur mural PAR41 que je veux conserver J'ai essayer de brancher l'ESP32 en parallèle a ma commande mural sur le CN105, plus rien ne fonctionne (plus d'afficheur, pas d'ESP32) J'ai ensuite essayé de la brancher l'ESP32 au connecteur CN110 qui est celui de la passerelle Melcloud, et la grosse erreur l'alimentation est en 12V, résultat j'ai grillé l'ESP32 J'ai donc ensuite mis un convertisseur 12Vdc pour abaisser la tension a 5VDC, et la tous fonctionne, l'afficheur PAR41 et l'ESP32 fonctionnent de concert Je perd le Melcloud, mais je m'en moque vu que c'est pour le supprimer Connecteur CN110 dont j'ai récupérer le connecteur de la passerelle Melcloud Le convertisseur de tension DC/DC disponible sur amazone https://www.amazon.fr/Convertisseur-Abaisseur-Converter-Alimentation-Réglable/dp/B08LVZL61S/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_fr_FR=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=FGIG5634VJA7&keywords=convertisseur+DC+DC&qid=1707933210&sprefix=convertisseur+dc+dc%2Caps%2C99&sr=8-5
  23. Les modules ESP32 viennent d'arriver et j'ai déjà activer le premier modules Du coup aurait tu la dernière version de ton QA Merci Pour info le module enfant du QA ne remonte pas le T° Perso je prend la T° sur l'afficheur et non sur le SPLIT, cela pourrait être la cause du problème?

    idem pour moi j'ai du Denon heos et du yamaha MultiCast, et je préfère largement le yamaha, l'interface du Denon est a chier a mon gout, et j'ai un 8500HA...

    perso j'ai tous déconnecter de melcloud 48H, et j'ai modifier le QA comme ci dessus pour un intervalle d’interrogation plus longue, et cela fonctionne J'ai aussi envoyer un mail a melcloud leur expliquant le problème, je ne sais pas si il l'on lu ou fait quelque chose Depuis cela fait 24H que tous semble fonctionner a nouveau pour le moment, mais pour combien de temps?
