Thank you for your email.
To provide expert level support we will require remote connection to your local Home Center system.
There are few steps:
1) Please share your Home Center on public, static IP address with following ports opened:
80 http (for web browser connection)
22 ssh (for terminal diagnostics)
and get us HC2 / HCL serial number.
2) Please be sure to share ADMIN account with temporary generated password.
3) Please contact us by answering this email before changing settings to decide the exact time of connection.
If you do not want to share your Home Center on Public IP address it is possible to schedule remote connection using Remote Session Team Viewer client.
Fibar Group will not require any other of your private data.
Fibar Group Agent will not have access to any other services available on your network besides related with Fibaro System operations.
Also you will be informed after finishing the session.
We strongly recommend NOT to share IP address of Home Center System for general remote access purposes. It is recommended to use encrypted
